Dear Querida Stationery Co. specializes in stationery, paper goods, gifts, personalized products, and other handmade or small-batch items.

Because many of our products are handmade, printed, cut, assembled, laminated, or finished individually, slight variations may occur between products.

Reasonable variations associated with handmade production are not considered defects.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, personalization charges, or other disclosed fees may be added at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not retroactively affect previously accepted orders unless required to correct an obvious pricing error.

6. Personalized and Custom Products

Many Dear Querida products can be personalized.

You are responsible for reviewing all information submitted for personalization before placing your order, including names, initials, dates, spelling, wording, colors, addresses, and other requested details.

Products will be created based on the information you provide.

Once production begins, personalized or custom orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

If Dear Querida Stationery Co. makes an error when creating your personalized product, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Errors contained in the information originally submitted by the customer are not considered production errors.

7. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit photographs, wording, artwork, logos, graphics, names, or other content for use in a custom or personalized product, you represent that you have the right or appropriate permission to provide and use that content.

You retain ownership of content you provide to us.

By submitting content for a personalized order, you give Dear Querida Stationery Co. permission to use that content as reasonably necessary to create, process, and fulfill your requested product or service.

We reserve the right to decline requests that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringe upon another person's intellectual-property rights, or contain threatening, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because many Dear Querida products are handmade, personalized, or produced in small quantities, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, customer ordering errors, customer-provided personalization errors, or reasonable variations associated with handmade products.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at dearqueridastationeryco@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs documenting the problem.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, shipping practices, local pickup, damaged shipments, and other delivery-related matters are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Dear Querida Stationery Co. name, branding, logos, original product designs, artwork, illustrations, photographs, graphics, written content, website content, and other original creative materials are owned by or licensed to Dear Querida Stationery Co.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, or intellectual property.
